The present invention provides a composition for the production of dietary fiber-reinforced functional ingredients and a method for preparing the same. The rice gruel of the present invention is prepared by using a rice flour mix with stabilized rice bran and resistant starch added to rice flour, which shows a high dietary fiber content as high as brown rice and has a good texture. The present invention can overcome the disadvantages of the texture and texture that appear when rice flour is manufactured by using brown rice.
