The present invention relates to a construction machine for an underground wall using a pile which is in the shape of a vertically penetrated pipe and which comprises: a contact unit which protrudes on an inner circumferential surface on the bottom in the shape of a ring-shaped flange; an excavator rod which is formed by being distanced from an extension bit at a certain height, and has an insertion hole, which is vertically penetrated, in the center, and into which the excavator rod is inserted; and a pressurizer unit which does not rotate even if the excavator rod rotates, which has a certain thickness, and which has a greater diameter than the internal diameter of the contact unit. When the construction machine for an underground wall using a pile is used and the pressurizer unit excavates an excavation hole, the pile is inserted into the excavation hole. The construction method for an underground wall using a pile comprises: an initial punching step of punching an excavation hole to a certain depth in the ground by the extension bit; a punching/inserting step of inserting the pile into the excavation hole as the extension bit punches the excavation hole at the same time; an excavator rod pulling step of pulling the extension bit to the outside of the pile and letting the pile be inserted in the excavation hole; and a grouting step of placing concrete in the pile and in a connection unit of the pile and forming an underground wall. Since a pile is inserted into an excavation hole at the same time as the excavation hole is punched, the whole construction periods and costs are reduced. Since the length of the piles being inserted can be varied in accordance with the shaft load and the horizontal load, which work on the underground wall, the piles can be saved.
