The present invention relates to an air supply diffuser for a kitchen to reduce condensation of fine dust in the interior and a kitchen ventilation linked system using the same. The air supply diffuser comprises a cover part (90) and a main body part (30). The cover part (90) has a variable opened and closed range, controls the flow amount of air supplied from outside to the interior, and distributes air from the outside, which is supplied from an air supply pipe (13) installed on a floor, in upper, lower, left and right directions to be moved upside a worktop positioned in a kitchen space. The main body (30) has a passage for air supplied from the outside to the interior, is fixed in an interior space of a washboard positioned on a lower part of the worktop, and couples the cover part (90). The air supply diffuser for a kitchen to reduce condensation of fine dust in the interior and the kitchen ventilation linked system using the same comprise an air supply fan (10), an air supply pipe (13), an expansion tube (15), an air supply diffuser for a kitchen and an exhaust hood (11). The air supply fan (10) is a power source positioned on a balcony of each unit to supply outside air. The air supply fan (13) functions as a passage allowing outside air to be introduced. The expansion tube (15) changes a diffuser body (33) to be positioned in a flow direction of air supplied from the air supply pipe (13). The air supply diffuser for a kitchen includes a cover part (90) and a main body part (30) and controls the flow amount of air by allowing outside air to be introduced into the interior. The exhaust hood (11) for a kitchen discharges polluted material, fine dust or the like, generated when cooking food in the kitchen, to the outside.
