The present invention relates to communication type terrestrial surveying equipment capable of simultaneous calibration of surveying locations to multiple reference points based on IoT in which a separate mobile station tracking server tracks a location of a surveying mobile station based on an IoT communication system to compensate a survey error of the surveying mobile station, comprising: a survey information DB; a GPS module; a surveying module; an analysis module; a survey data generation module; and a support module, and further includes a node information collection module, a reference point DB, an IoT node, and a survey location correction module.
