The present invention relates to a maneuver cooking vehicle capable of expanding a cooking space and, more specifically, relates to a new concept technique in which side doors are opened at the time of cooking and an expandable bottom plate drawn out to secure a wide cooking space, and to improve smoothness of food distribution. In a cooking vehicle disclosed in the related art, a cooking space in a cooking booth is restrictive; a large capacity for cooking is difficu and there is an inconvenience of providing and distributing food. To solve such a problem in accordance with the present invention, a door cylinder is operated at the time of cooking to open the side doors left and right, and then the expandable bottom plate drawn out to secure a wide cooking space; and a cooking counter and a sink installed in the cooking booth are rotated and moved to the expandable bottom plate to secure a wide cooking space.
