The present invention relates to a safety inspection system using an unmanned aircraft, which includes the unmanned aircraft which includes a camera, an unmanned aviation control device which controls the operation of the unmanned aircraft, and a safety inspection terminal which transmits aviation track information of the unmanned aircraft which is set for a safety inspection object and recognizes a crack from an image photographed by the camera. The unmanned aircraft transmits the photographed image to the safety inspection terminal while flying around the safety inspection object according to the aviation track information. Accordingly, the present invention can perform a safety inspection without checking a facility with the naked eye.
