The present invention is to provide a cornea protector used in an operation and a smile extra treatment device including the cornea protector. After a lenticule to be removed for vision correction is generated by using laser while an epithelial layer is not removed, the lenticule is removed by a section in the shorter length than the diameter of the lenticule so vision is corrected. Riboflavin is administered and UV is irradiated to a position in which the lenticule is removed so a binding force of a cornea in which vision is corrected can be reinforced.
