The present invention relates to a functional cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae correcting device having a lower body support unit and an upper body support unit coupled with a hinge unit. The lower body support unit and the upper body support unit are formed to have angles adjusted by the hinge unit. The top surfaces of the lower body support unit and the upper body support unit are formed in curved plate shapes to enable the leg, the waist, the back, and the neck of a human body to be easily come in contact therewith, and the functional cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae correcting device is folded according to human body conditions by means of a first angle adjusting unit disposed between the inner surfaces of the lower body support unit and the upper body support unit. When a user is lying down, a part which partially presses the rear surface of the body of the user does not occur, so the circulation of blood and energy in his/her body is not hindered. An angle adjustment range is increased by 50% or higher, so an accurate angle corresponding to the physical condition of the user can be provided. A lumbar vertebrae disc patient can adjust an angle corresponding to his/her lumbar vertebrae disc state, and a cervical vertebrae patient can adjust an angle corresponding to his/her cervical vertebrae disc state.
