The present invention relates to a torpedo tube cover assembly of a guide missile. More specifically, the present invention relates to the pyramid type torpedo tube cover assembly of a guided missile, supporting external pressure and controlling burst pressure. The present invention comprises: a torpedo tube where a guided missile is mounted; and a pyramid type torpedo tube cover mounted in an end part of the outside of the torpedo tube. The torpedo tube cover is formed by assembling a plurality of cover plates having the same shape.
