The present invention relates to a culture medium for mass culture of Streptomyces scopuliridis strain, and more particularly to a culture medium for large-scale culture of Streptomyces scopuliridis strain, The culture medium composition for culture is excellent in microbial growth and herbicidal activity and has an effect of reducing production cost, so that it can be useful for mass culture of Streptomyces scopuliridis strain for production of a weed control agent.
