The present invention relates to an electric vehicle care system. If a battery measurement module, which is connected to an on-board diagnostics (OBD) device and acquires vehicle information, transmits battery state information to an electric vehicle care server via wireless communications network, the electric vehicle care server that receives the battery state information calculates an actual available distance to drive with the remaining power in the battery state information with consideration for power consumption in an auxiliary device during driving of an electric vehicle according to weather and transmits the calculated actual available distance to drive to a smart terminal of a user, wherein the power consumption of an air conditioner or heater increases or decreases according to weather, and additional power is required for driving a black box if the black box is provided. If the user transmits a driving schedule of the electric vehicle to the electric vehicle care server by using the smart terminal, the electric vehicle care server that receives the driving schedule compares the actual available distance that the electric vehicle can cover with the remaining power in the battery state information with a planned route in the driving schedule, generates a message to recommend additional charge, and transmits the message to the user in advance. Accordingly, the electric vehicle care system enables the user to identify whether the electric vehicle is charged or not and handle the situation before driving.
