Secure communication system comprises a transmitter having a first and second drive systems each corresponding to a tractor 5, and a Lorentz-type chaos. Double masking unit combining the first and second chaotic masking signals corresponding to the message signal and transmits the chaotic double-masked message signals over a public channel. A first secret key based on the time series of the chaotic dynamic masking signal is transmitted via the secret communication channel. The receiver includes a first response and the second response system can be synchronized relative to the system as for the first and the second drive system. Receiver is communicatively coupled to the public and the secret story channel and subtracted from the chaotic double masked message received, it generates a version of the dynamic secret key. Receiver reconstructs the message signal to generate a masked version of the second chaos signal, and performs the subtraction operation. The series of static secret key of the transmitter and receiver, each with the specified parameters and the start condition of the chaos attractor.
