Disclosed is an environmentally friendly vegetation net structure to increase a rooting rate of seeds by easily adhering to the surface of the greening ground in slope land and improve greening efficiency and stability. The environmentally friendly vegetation net structure for greening comprises: a plurality of wefts in a cotton material arranged in a first direction; a plurality of warps in a cotton material arranged in a structure of crossing the first direction and forming a plurality of grid-type seed storage spaces; a first paper member and a second paper member arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the weft and the warp, and closely adhering to each other; and an adhesion layer comprising seeds between the first paper member and the second paper member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
