The present invention relates to a broadcast receiving apparatus, a vehicle with the same, a method for controlling the broadcast receiving apparatus, and a method for controlling the vehicle. The method for controlling the vehicle includes the steps of: obtaining an outer image of the vehicle; determining a transmission frequency for at least one broadcast corresponding to an area in which the vehicle is located by using the outer image of the vehicle; and controlling the broadcast receiving apparatus installed in the vehicle according to the transmission frequency for at least one broadcast. Accordingly, the present invention can supply the same broadcast to a driver and/or passengers by changing the frequency.
