Disclosed are a filtering method of an in-loop filter and an apparatus for performing the filtering method of the in-loop filter. The filtering method of the in-loop filter includes: a step of allowing a de-blocking filter to perform de-blocking filtering for a plurality of first blocks; and a step of allowing SAO to correct offset for a second block consisting of the plurality of first blocks. The de-blocking filter performs parallel filtering of a first upper division block and a first lower division block, which are divided from each of the first blocks.
