The present invention relates to a carbonation (neutralization) depth measurement device for a safety diagnosis of a reinforced concrete structure, capable of minimizing damage of the reinforced concrete structure. According to the present invention, the device comprises: a wall attachment plate (90) attached to a wall (24) of a concrete structure (20); a hollow sleeve (92) formed in the wall attachment plate (90); a centering bush (94) inserted into a center of the sleeve (92) to match the center of the sleeve (92) with a center of a measurement hole (22) while sliding towards the measurement hole (22) along an axial direction, and straightly guiding a hole depth measurement rod (30) towards the measurement hole (22); and a conical chamfering unit (96) formed in a corner of a tip part of the centering bush (94).
