The present invention relates to a carbonation depth measurement device for safety diagnosis of a reinforced concrete structure used for measuring a depth of carbonation (neutralization) of a reinforced concrete structure, which comprises: a cleaning long hole (34) vertically formed toward a powder discharge long hole (33) on an upper surface of a guide block (30); an insertion unit (70) inserted into the cleaning long hole (34); a handle (71) formed in an upper end of the insertion unit (70); and a brush (72) formed in a lower end portion of the insertion unit (70), and sweeping concrete powder (23) discharged along a concrete drill bit (21) to the powder discharge long hole (33).
