The present invention relates to a multi-viewpoint system, wearable camera, CCTV, control server, and method for active situation recognition. More specifically, the multi-viewpoint system for active situation recognition may comprise: wearable cameras each of which acquires an image at a viewpoint of a user, each of which performs first analysis on the image, each of which transmits the image to a control server when the acquired image is determined to correspond to an emergency, and each of which is controlled based on a control signal received from the control server; and the control server which receives an image acquired by the wearable cameras, a user terminal, or CCTVs, which performs second analysis on the image through synthesis, which transmits the control signal to one of the wearable cameras located at a location disposed within a preset range from one of the wearable cameras, having transmitted the image, or one of the CCTVs, having transmitted the image, when the received image is determined to correspond to an emergency, and which notifies a guardian or a related institution. Accordingly, a first person viewpoint, at which a user wearing one of the wearable cameras watches, is combined with a third person viewpoint at which one of the CCTVs observes, thereby removing a blind spot.
