Disclosed are a piezoelectric block structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and an energy harvesting system using the same. The method for manufacturing the piezoelectric block structure according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: forming a first piezoelectric element part in a housing part; forming a first resilient mattress layer by surrounding the first piezoelectric element part inside the housing part, and pouring and hardening liquefied polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) inside the housing part; forming a second piezoelectric element part on the upper side of the first resilient mattress layer; and forming a second resilient mattress layer by surrounding the second piezoelectric element part, and pouring and hardening the liquefied PDMS inside the housing part.
