The present invention relates to a sintering apparatus for Si sludge regeneration, comprising: a sintering furnace assembly having a first flow path flowing Si sludge and a second flow path flowing metal sludge, and heating and powdering the Si sludge and the metal sludge; a first hopper provided at the other end of the sintering furnace assembly and including a first discharge unit for discharging the powdered Si through the first flow path; and a second hopper provided at the other end of the sintering furnace assembly, and including a second discharge unit for discharging the powdered metal through the second flow path.
