Disclosed is an android VM failover device in an SFC environment, including an android VM that executes a function of a system through a VNC gateway VM, a MAM VM and each flow rule. The android VM failover device includes: a failure detection unit for monitoring whether the failure of an execution of the android VM occurs; an additional VM generating unit for generating a failover android VM replacing the failed android VM; a service request unit for requesting a failover service to the additional VM generation unit when the failure detection unit detects a failure; and a flow forming unit for additionally generating a flow rule for the generated failover android VM, the VNC gateway VM, and the MAM VM. Therefore, a continuous service may be provided to a user without inconvenience in technology development through the automatic VM generation and a flow rule addition at the server side.
