The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cool and warm cushion mat, which can be used as a cool mat in summer and as a warm mat in winter, using graphene, and a cool and warm cushion mat manufactured therefrom. Specifically, the method for manufacturing a cool and warm cushion mat comprises the steps of: (1) mixing an expanded graphite powder, a binder resin, a solvent, and a dispersing agent in a mixer to prepare a solution; (2) impregnating a fabric in the manufactured solution or coating the solution on the surface of the fabric, passing the fabric through a heating chamber, melting the fabric with heat, and drying the fabric to produce a graphene fabric; (3) laminating a cushion paper and a layered sheet on the lower part of the obtained graphene fabric; and (4) forming a product by covering the upper part of the graphene fabric with the upper part of the fabric cloth and laminating the lower cover on the lower part of the layered sheet, and conducting finishing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
