The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a fermented product of dandelion having enhanced mucilage and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) by using a sugared dandelion extract, and provides a method of manufacturing a fermented product of dandelion having enhanced mucilage and GABA by using a Bacillus subtilis HA starter and a Lactobacillus plantarum K154 starter.
