According to the present invention, a high-frequency high-power signal generator includes: a first transformer including a primary coil end and a secondary coil end, in which the primary coil end and the secondary coil end are coupled to each other by a first mutual inductance; a second transformer including a tertiary coil end and a quarternary coil end, in which the tertiary coil end and the quarternary coil end are coupled to each other by a second mutual inductance; a pair of cross-coupled transistors cross-coupled to each other and having a drain connected to the primary coil end and a source connected to the ground; and a pair of Colpitts transistors having a drain connected to the tertiary coil end, a gate connected to the secondary coil end, and a source connected to the ground, wherein the first transformer, the pair of cross-coupled transistors, and the pair of Colpitts transistors constitute a core oscillation unit, and the second transformer constitutes a differential-to-single conversion output end. According to the present invention, parallel transformer coupling of a Colpitts oscillator and a cross-coupled oscillator is used, so that oscillation is possible at a high frequency, and an output power is increased by using a differential-to-single conversion transformer at the output end.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
