MANAGEMNET SYSTEM OF OFF-STREET PARKING BY MOVING VEHICLE TRACKING AND ITS METHOD

The present invention relates to a management system of off-street parking by moving vehicle tracking. In order to achieve it, real-time tracking is performed through image processing from the entrance of a vehicle in a parking lot to the movement, entry, parking, and departure of the vehicle. In particular, whether the vehicle entering the exit of the parking lot reaches a breaker opening position or reaches a breaker closing position is checked by using a stereo camera. Each breaker is controlled by non-contact-type detection. Therefore, it is easy to perform installation work and maintenance.
