The present invention relates to a supercapacitor manufacturing process using carbon nanostructure synthesis based on laser carbonization and a supercapacitor manufactured by the same. The present invention may comprise a step of coating a polymer on the surface of a metal wire; a laser carbonization step of converting the polymer into a carbon nanostructure by emitting a laser to the polymer and carbonizing the polymer; an electrolyte coating step of coating the carbonized polymer with an electrolyte; and a wire twisting step of twisting a pair of metal wires to form an anode and a cathode, respectively.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
