It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel medicament having an excellent biliary disease therapeutic effect and being useful for the treatment or prevention of biliary diseases. Specifically, the present invention provides a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for a biliary disease comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound having a specific morphinan skeleton represented by Compound 1 or a pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
