The present invention relates to a pumping-up power generation system using a wave height, comprising: a first reservoir (20); a wave height pump device (100) installed on one side of the first reservoir (20); a second reservoir (10) installed in a position higher than that of the first reservoir (20); and a power generator (30) installed in a predetermined position of a discharge pipe (50) to move water of the second reservoir (10) to the first reservoir (20). According to the present invention, since the wave height pump device (100) operates a pump with kinetic energy of a buoyant body (140) in accordance with the height of waves, the water of the first reservoir (20) is pumped up to the second reservoir (10) through a discharge pipe (40) without using separate electricity as a pumping-up power source. According to the present invention, since the pump is operated with the height of waves to pump up the water to a high position, the separate electricity is not used as the pumping-up power source and thereby the amount of generated electricity can be increased.
