The present invention relates to an energy efficiency analyzing system and a computer-readable recording medium recording an energy efficiency analysis program. The energy efficiency analyzing system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a manager terminal which is operated by a manager with an energy diagnostic device, selects one of preset energy efficiency analysis element categories, and inputs element information before and after improvement on the selected energy efficiency analysis selection element; and an energy efficiency analysis server which generates investment cost information and expected effect information of the energy efficiency analysis selection element and transmits the information to the manager terminal through the cloud network to display the information. The computer-readable recording medium recording an energy efficiency analysis program according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an element classification means; and a means for inputting the element information before and after improvement. Therefore, the present invention can effectively save energy.
