The present invention relates to a method and a system for modeling the thrust of a wind turbine blade by wind shear, and more specifically, to a system for modeling the thrust of a wind turbine blade, comprising a thrust calculation part, a wind shear thrust change obtaining part, a wind shear thrust variation coefficient calculation part, a database and a thrust modeling part. The thrust calculation part calculates the thrust value of a wind turbine blade when there is no wind shear. The wind shear thrust change obtaining part obtains a thrust value changed by wind shear. The wind shear thrust variation coefficient calculation part calculates the wind shear thrust variation coefficient based on the thrust value calculated by the thrust calculation part and the thrust value obtained by the wind shear thrust change obtaining the part. The database stores the wind shear thrust variation coefficient. The thrust modeling part makes a model of dynamic load due to thrust variation generated in a blade by wind shear using the thrust value calculated by the thrust calculation part and the wind shear thrust variation coefficient stored in the database.
