A blade-root forming piece 10 is provided with an embedded metal 12 including a nut part having a hole with an internal thread 13 formed therein, and a protrusion 12B protruding from the nut part 12A in a circumferential direction of the blade root, a core member 14 disposed adjacent to the protrusion 12B on a blade tip side of the wind turbine blade, and a FRP-wound layer 16 formed by a unidirectional fiber prepreg layered around the protrusion 12 and the core member 14 and hardened.
