The present invention relates to a method of evaluating texture using distribution of pressure/heat tensile strength of granite, comprising: a rock block collection step of collecting a square rock block from granite; a rock block surface cutting step of cutting a surface of the rock block in a direction parallel to three quarrying faces; a rock block division step of dividing the rock block into a plurality of square rock samples; a core test piece manufacturing step of manufacturing each core test piece in a direction vertical to three quarrying faces in the rock sample; a disc-shaped specimen manufacturing step of manufacturing a plurality of disc-shaped specimens with a same thickness in each of manufactured core test pieces in directions of three quarrying faces; and a result surface quantitative evaluation step of applying load in parallel to the directions of six textures with respect to the disc-shaped specimens, measuring pressure/heat tensile strength, analyzing the measured pressure/heat tensile strength distribution characteristics of six textures, and evaluating relative strength for three results and three surfaces.
