The present invention relates to a method and a device for provisioning a virtual cluster disk. The method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a provisioning request for a virtual cluster including a plurality of virtual cluster sub-groups; generating a feature model for each of the virtual cluster sub-groups corresponding to the request; generating a virtual cluster feature model by integrating feature models of each of the sub-groups; and generating metadata for generating a plurality of virtual disks on the basis of the virtual cluster feature model. Homogeneity and heterogeneity of software components included in the virtual cluster sub-groups are analyzed, and thus time consumed in provisioning a virtual cluster disk can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
