The present invention relates to a room temperature rapid-hardening polymer resin-based crack filler composition having excellent strength, penetrability, crack resistance, and durability, and to a gravity-type method for repairing cracks by using the same. The room temperature rapid-hardening polymer resin-based crack filler composition comprises: 60-99 wt% of a room temperature rapid-hardening binder; 0.1-30 wt% of a hardening promoter; and 0.01-20 wt% of an inorganic filler. The room temperature rapid-hardening binder comprises: 60-99 wt% of methyl methacrylate; 0.1-30 wt% of butyl acrylate; 0.1-20 wt% of polybutyleneterephthalate; 0.01-20 wt% of polychlorofluoroethylene; and 0.01-20 wt% of epoxy. According to the room temperature rapid-hardening polymer resin-based crack filler composition of the present invention, a high flashing point is ensured, and stimulative smells are not strong. Also, volatility is low, so the composition is not evaporated before cracks are penetrated and hardened. Thus, the composition is effective in repairing concrete cracks. Moreover, the composition has an excellent crack penetrating effect by means of excellent wetting properties, so the composition can be widely used in repairing cracks of concrete structures. In particular, the composition is in a rapid hardening type, so construction time is reduced. Accordingly, the composition can be applied when repairing cracks in bridge surface pavement, a factory floor, a concrete pavement road, a parking lot, an airport runway, and a mooring which require the open of traffic in a short time.
