The present invention relates to a penetrative crack repair agent composition cured at room temperature and a structure crack repairing method using the same, in which the penetrative crack repair agent composition contains 40-99 wt% of a room temperature curing type penetrative binder and 1-60 wt% of a reforming filler. The room temperature curing type penetrative binder contains a main agent and a curing agent at the ratio of 1:0.01-0.1. The main agent contains: 40-95 wt% of methyl methacrylate-styrene copolymer; 1-35 wt% of lauryl methacrylate; 1-25 wt% of polyvinylidene fluoride; 1-15 wt% of methacrylic acid; and 1-15 wt% of polyether ether ketone. The present invention enhances filling ability, penetrability, bending stress, shear bonding strength, tensile strength, elongation, and durability. In addition, the present invention prevents evaporation of the composition before crack penetration and curing and thus can be effective in repairing the concrete crack. By using the room temperature curing type penetrative binder as mentioned above, the penetrative crack repair agent composition cured at room temperature is cured earlier than a conventional epoxy based grout material, thereby being able to be applied to crack repair of an emergent construction site which needs a traffic opening in a short time.
