The present invention relates to a gravity simulation method of a three-dimensional clinostat which, more specifically, a gravity simulation method of a three-dimensional clinostat comprising: a first rotation unit which rotates the outermost frame; a second rotation unit which rotates an inner frame joined, to be able to rotate, to the inside of the outermost frame; and a culture medium which is rotated in cooperation with the inner frame and accommodates an object. The gravity simulation method of a three-dimensional clinostat comprises the following steps: setting a minimal presentation time (MPT); setting a desired level of gravity (G_wanted); setting the type of the culture medium in accordance with the manner of accommodating the object; and performing gravity simulation of the three-dimensional clinostat in accordance with the set MPT, G_wanted, and type of culture medium. The present invention allows observation of effects of gravity on cells by adjusting MPT and collection of data of cells unique MPT depending on the cells properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
