A multi-layer graphene film, a manufacturing method thereof, and an energy storage device using the multi-layer graphene film as an electrode. The multi-layered graphene film according to an embodiment includes a first graphene layer, a spacer layer provided on the first graphene layer, and an upper graphene layer provided on the spacer layer. The spacer layer is a layer that keeps the gap between the first graphene layer and the upper graphene layer at a given gap or more. In such a multi-layered graphene film, a plurality of layers having different layer constructions may be further provided between the spacer layer and the upper graphene layer. The spacer layer may be a graphene layer or a graphene oxide layer.
