The present invention relates to a method for evaluating environmental performance of a building. Environmental performance for each step in the entire life of the building is evaluated to construct a life cycle inventory (LCI) database and a life cycle impact analysis (LCIA) database. Also, an influence evaluation step technically and quantitatively acquires a result for an environmental load based on data collected by list analysis. List analysis and influence evaluation results are comprehensively evaluated in a last analysis step, and then a major environmental issue of a system is investigated based on the results to systematically evaluate an environmental influence on a target product.
