摘要
The present invention relates to a method for evaluating environmental performance of a building. The method for evaluating environmental performance of a building comprises: a material production step of calculating existing energy in accordance with a unit supply cost in an industrial field in accordance with a supply material for each construction machine, electric communication, and construction type; a calculation construction step of calculating an energy consumption amount at a construction site where a building is constructed and an energy consumption amount for a variety of construction equipment used to calculate an environmental load source unit; a usage step of including an electricity usage amount to calculate an energy usage amount of lighting and home appliances, a cooling/heating usage amount to calculate an energy consumption amount, and replacement and repair to calculate a replacement and repair cycle; and a disposal step of including disassembly to calculate demolition equipment energy, transport to calculate waste transport energy to a landfill and an incineration plant, recycling to calculate a recycling rate, landfill to calculate a landfill rate and landfill energy, and incineration to calculate an incineration rate and incineration energy. Energy for each step in the entire life of the building is calculated. Environmental performance for each step in the entire life of the building is evaluated to construct a life cycle inventory (LCI) database and a life cycle impact analysis (LCIA) database. Also, an influence evaluation step technically and quantitatively acquires a result for an environmental load based on data collected by list analysis. List analysis and influence evaluation results are comprehensively evaluated in a last analysis step, and then a major environmental issue of a system is investigated based on the results to systematically evaluate an environmental influence on a target product.
