Disclosed are an orthodontic appliance for anterior teeth traction which is to move anterior teeth backward and an orthodontic appliance having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the orthodontic appliance for anterior teeth traction comprises: an arch wire having a curved shape to connect anterior teeth therewith; and guide brackets separately provided on left and right sides of the arch wire, to guide the anterior teeth to move backward. The guide brackets each includes a wire hole having a guide wire, which is spaced from the arch wire to be disposed in the forward and backward directions for guiding the anterior teeth to move backward, to be slidably inserted thereinto to move forward of the guide brackets, and spaced from the arch wire and passing through both directions. According to the present invention, the backward movement of anterior teeth can be stably realized, and damage to a soft tissue and the inflammation in an oral cavity due to the movement of an orthodontic wire which accompanies the movement of the teeth at the same time can be minimized or prevented. Accordingly, discomfort of a patient during procedure can be greatly reduced and convenience of the procedure can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
