The present invention relates to a method for screening cancer therapies through the interaction of IkB and AURKC. More particularly, the present invention relates to a compound for inhibiting the binding of IkB to AURKC and a composition for preventing and treating cancer comprising the compound as an active ingredient. The present invention is effective in that it can screen cancer therapeutic agents at a molecular level and can understand the action of therapeutic agents through intermolecular interactions.
