The present invention relates to a methanol management facility which includes: a plurality of methanol tanks storing methanol; a transfer part transferring an operator, which includes a condensate discharged from a reformer and a reactor discharged from a fuel battery module, to the outermost one of the methanol tanks; a plurality of connection pipes connecting the upper parts of the methanol tanks with each other to form a passage to sequentially transfer the methanol and the operator from the outermost methanol tank to another methanol tank on the opposite side; a discharge part forming a passage to discharge the operator through the lower part of the methanol tanks excluding the rearmost methanol tank; an operator supply part supplying and discharging the operator from the discharge part to the rearmost methanol tank; a gas supply part supplying nitrogen gas to the rearmost methanol tank; and a supply control part storing and discharging the operator and the methanol into the methanol tanks in order of the placement of the methanol tanks as well as supplying the operator to the operator supply part to the rearmost methanol tank.
