The present invention relates to a method for producing soybean paste using roasted salt containing Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. and onion impregnated therein and a solution mixture containing a Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract and an onion extract. More specifically, the method for producing the soybean paste comprises the following steps: soaking soybean in the solution mixture mixed with the Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract and the onion extract, and then molding the same after boiling so as to prepare fermented soybean lump; aging the fermented soybean lump after putting the same in salt water containing water and Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev.-containing roasted salt prepared by using the solution mixture consisting of the Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. extract and the onion extract; and drying and grinding the aged fermented soybean lump so as to produce the soybean paste. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide soybean paste possessing efficacy of onion and Dendropanax morbiferus H. Lev. in addition to that of soybean paste, while ensuring nice colors, sweet taste, and favorable smell.
