The present invention provides a gas-steam cogeneration process and system based on biomass gasification and methanation. The system comprises a biomass gasification unit, a conversion unit, a purification unit, a methanation unit, and a methane concentration unit. The gasification unit utilizes a constant-temperature, high-temperature, source-air fluidized bed, which can significantly improve the effective gas composition of CO and H 2 and improve the biomass gasification efficiency. The gasification unit can drastically reduce the amount of tar produced at high temperatures, improve the carbon conversion rate and reduce the investment in the tar remover. In the methanation process, the conversion efficiency of CO reaches 100% and the conversion efficiency of H 2 reaches 99%. In addition, a large amount of byproduct, intermediate pressure superheated steam, is produced and the power consumption of the cyclic compressor of the conventional methanation reaction is reduced. The present invention can be converted into natural gas in which biomass energy is clean, high heat amount, and easy to use, and a large amount of heat released from biomass gasification and methanation is effectively recycled through the production mode of high quality superheated steam .
