HEALTH SUPPLEMENT FOOD COMPRISING HORSE BONE EXTRACTS AND DONKEY BONE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

The present invention relates to a health supplement food including horse bone and donkey bone extracts, and to a method for producing the same. The health supplement food including horse bone and donkey bone extracts according to the present invention comprises: 40 to 50 wt% of a horse bone extract; 35 to 45 wt% of a donkey bone extract; 5 to 10 wt% of a donkey meat extract; 2 to 8 wt% of brown rice; 1 to 3 wt% of Ganoderma tsugae; and 0.5 to 2 wt% of Korean angelica. The content of a solid included in the horse bone extract after extracting a horse bone is 5 to 15 wt%, and the content of a solid included in the donkey bone extract after extracting a donkey bone is 5 to 15 wt%. According to the structure of the present invention, a horse bone, a donkey bone, and donkey meat having plenty of nutrients are extracted, and a health supplement food such as a pill and the like is produced. Thus, the nutrients of a horse bone, a donkey bone, and donkey meat can be easily consumed, and nutrients which are beneficial to bone health can be plentifully supplied to ensure a healthy life.
