The present invention relates to an asphalt mixing apparatus comprising a temperature controllable container. The asphalt mixing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylindrical container having an upper surface opened and a lower surface formed to have a curvature, and containing asphalt inside; a paddle inserted into and rotated in the container and mixing the aspha a support for supporting the container on the lower side of the container; a frame portion connected to the paddle and the support and to form a structure; and a side heater arranged annularly along the circumference of the side surface and wrapping at least a portion of the side surface of the outer circumferential surface of the container, and including a heater for supplying heat into the container in contact with the side surface, and a heat-insulating unit which is formed to surround the heater from the outside. According to the asphalt mixing apparatus of the present invention, adhesion of the asphalt onto a part of the container can be improved, thereby reducing error occurrence in the blending ratio when designing the asphalt mixture. Therefore, heat loss in the spaced portion between the container and the heater can be reduced, thereby improving the heat energy efficiency.
