The present invention relates to a composite Rahmen bridge construction method and a composite Rahmen bridge thereof. A beam support member having a horizontal support portion and a plurality of vertical support portions is integrally installed when pouring concrete to make a pier so that the beam is inserted into a space between adjacent vertical support portions and horizontal support portions. In order to maximize the clamping force of the beam by fixing a part of the end portion side of the horizontal support portion while being inserted into a pier, the present invention includes: a step (S1) of forming a seating groove portion (12); a step (S2) of forming a protruding guide portion (26); a step (S3) of seating the top surface of the beam (30) above the top surface of a pier (2); a step (S4) of coupling and fixing the beam (30) and the vertical support (25) by welding and bolting; and a step (S5) of installing the upper support diaphragm (40) at the same height as the beam (30).
