WATERPROOF LAYER STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE BRIDGE DECK

The present invention provides a waterproof layer structure of a concrete bridge deck. The present invention is applied to a top plate of a concrete bridge to improve durability, water resistance, chloride penetration resistance of a bridge deck, and to improve a bonding strength with an asphalt pavement layer. A waterproof layer installed before carrying out asphalt concrete pavement on an upper part of a concrete slave bridge deck comprises: a primary primer; a secondary primer; and a paint film type waterproof agent. The primary primer is installed in an upper part of concrete, mixing a siloaxne mixture to form a water film by permeating into micropores of the concrete and chloroprene rubber for strong adhesion with the concrete. The secondary primer is applied on the primary primer to increase a binding force with the paint film type waterproof agent. The paint film type waterproof agent is installed in an upper part of the secondary primer, having a property of mixing a rubber liquid and a solid rubber chip. As such, the present invention has excellent stability of a paint film, and reduces a construction time by having both penetration type waterproof and paint film type waterproof functions. Moreover, the present invention has excellent durability of the waterproof layer since a top part of the waterproof layer has a rubber chip structure to make the paint film type waterproof agent with uniform thickness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
