The present invention relates to a mobile-based application service system for producing and selling three dimensional printing of a character figure. An objective of the present invention is to allow anyone to easily generate, author, edit, and output a three dimensional scanning model at any time and place to minimize costs and time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile-based application service system for producing and selling three dimensional printing of a character figure comprises: a portable terminal which photographs an image, and has a three dimensional scanning application installed therein to receive a function of generating a three dimensional scanning model from photographed image data and a viewer function for a generation result by online real-time feedback; a cloud server connected to the portable terminal online to provide a cloud platform service to provide an execution function of the three dimensional scanning application; and a three dimensional print service unit to perform a three dimensional printing job of three dimensional content generated by the could server.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
