The present invention relates to a bidirectional childhood education service apparatus and a bidirectional childhood education service method. The bidirectional childhood education service apparatus according to the present invention includes a platform management unit for maintaining a platform related to education contents in a database, a space making unit which makes an animation space by using at least a part of the platform maintained in the database, and a display control unit which supplies the animation space to a childhood terminal, wherein a first voice generated by an educator terminal is outputted from the childhood terminal by a character embodied in the animation space.
