The present invention relates to an N-glycan marker to diagnose ovarian cancer which uses an automated system to extract sugar chains at a higher rate than a conventional method while ensuring high reproducibility when a large amount of glycoprotein sample is derived from body fluids and tissues including serum, blood, and ascites. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of detecting the N-glycan marker to diagnose ovarian cancer from a large amount of sample using a high sensitivity high resolution mass spectrometer, a frequency marker, and an abundance marker for the detected N-glycan to diagnose ovarian cancer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
